After cleansing your hair with shampoo and conditioner, apply the Alterna Hair Renewing Scalp Care Peppermint Leave-On Treatment to the scalp and work the treatment in by using slow, circular motions with your fingers and palms, making sure to massage the scalp on either side of your head. Massage for up to 5-10 minutes and do not rinse.

I love alterna products so wanted to love this but unfortunately I don’t find it very soothing or moisturising/hydrating at all.
