Conceal and brighten with our favourite eye concealers! A great concealer for dark circles under the eyes is such an important step for a perfected, fresh complexion. The wrong concealer can crease and add years to your age - these are what we're using at the moment!

Concealers made for the under eyes are emollient than a concealer that is covering imperfections, and many of these concealers contain colour correcting abilities. Depending on your needs, these concealers range from medium to heavy coverage.

Dark circles are best corrected as well as covered - look for a concealer that has peachy or salmon tones, which work to correct the purple or blue undertones of the under eye area. If you have less practise concealing, skip the colour correction! It can look unnatural if you're not in practise or if you rush it.

You may also like to look for a concealer that contains light-reflecting technology, that will draw attention away from the under eye and draw light to shadowed areas.

A heavier coverage concealer is best used by applying, then blending out with your fingertips as their heat will warm the product, then follow up with a blending concealer brush to soften the edges of the concealed area so that it blends with your skin.

This is not a good concealer but highlighter

This concealer is suitable for using as a highlighter rather than a concealer because the coverage is too light. I tried to use it to cover my undereye area before but it didn't work well. It doesn't cover the dark circle at all and also sink to my fine line badly. However I realised that the texture is light enough to be on the top of foundation and also helps brighten my skin without noticeable shimmer which is very natural. So I decided to use it as a highliter instead(on my nose bridge, cheek bone, brow bone and the tip of my chin but avoid the fine line area) and the result is not bad I feel like it's a dupe of YSL touche eclat pen but much more cheaper!!

Btw, I feel happy to see that Adore beauty has this one and other Barry M products in stock so I don't need to order from oversea retailer any more:)

Shade range is a bit odd!

I have been using this concealer for years (only because I accidentally bought way too many backups!). It does the job at covering dark circles and highlighting the area. I found 15 to be much lighter than 10 though which was odd.

A little overhyped

You see this product mentioned by almost every beauty guru but I honestly don’t see the hype! It’s light-medium coverage, application is not the most sanitary, and there isn’t a great shade range either.

Good concealer but...

This concealer is creamy, blendable and does a good job of covering blemishes and dark circles. The only drawback? The shade range. I have quite light skin and nothing matches well. One is too light, the other too pink and the rest too dark. Then, for those with deeper skin tones, there's even less variety. If you can find a shade that does actually 'fit' you, it's a great product.
