1 Promoter
The promoter is Adore Beauty Pty Ltd (ABN 38 123 655 772) trading as Adore Beauty, of Level 7, 324 St Kilda Road, Southbank VIC 3006 (Promoter). Enquiries: service@adorebeauty.com.au.
2 Promotion period
The promotion opens at 12:00 am AEDT on Sunday 25 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026 (Promotion Period). All times in these terms are Australian Eastern Daylight Time. There are eight daily entry periods, each running from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm on the dates in clause 5. Store purchases must also occur during the participating store’s trading hours.
3 Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years or over who meet these terms. Employees, directors and management of the Promoter, persons involved in conducting or promoting the competition, and their immediate families are ineligible. Immediate family includes a spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling.
4 How to enter
4.1 During the Promotion Period, make a qualifying purchase of at least $100 after discounts and excluding delivery charges in one transaction at www.adorebeauty.com.au, through the Adore Beauty app, or at a participating Adore Beauty retail store listed at https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/cms/store-locator.html. Gift-card purchases are excluded.
4.2 Website and app purchases are entered automatically using the purchaser’s order details. For store purchases, customers must provide their email address at the point of purchase to enter. Entry requirements and these terms must be available before purchase. Customers must provide accurate information needed to identify and contact them. Keep the order confirmation or receipt.
4.3 Each qualifying transaction gives one entry. There is no additional entry fee and goods are sold at their normal retail value. Orders over $350 may enter, but the prize is capped at $350.
4.4 Each entry is included only in the draw for the AEDT calendar day of the qualifying purchase. Entries do not carry forward. The purchase time recorded in the order confirmation or store receipt, converted to AEDT where necessary, will be used to allocate the entry to the relevant daily period.
4.5 A person may win on more than one day. Entries must be genuine; fabricated transactions, duplicate entries for the same transaction and fraudulent entries are invalid. A reasonable opportunity will be given to resolve a genuine verification discrepancy.
5 Daily draws
One winning entry will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received during each relevant daily entry period. Each valid entry in that daily pool has an equal chance of being selected. Entrants do not need to attend. There is no elimination round or jackpot.

If a daily pool contains no valid entries, no winner can be selected and no prize is awarded for that day. Entries and prizes do not carry forward. This exception applies only to a genuinely empty eligible-entry pool, not an unclaimed prize, a verification delay or an administrative error. Any regulatory direction concerning an unawarded prize will be followed.

6 Prize value
Each winner receives a refund of the amount actually paid for the winning qualifying order after discounts and promotional codes, including GST and delivery charges, capped at $350. There are up to eight prizes, one for each daily pool containing valid entries, and the maximum total prize pool is $2,800. The actual total depends on the values of the winning orders and whether each daily pool contains valid entries. No amount is payable for free items or for the unused portion of the $350 cap.
7 Notification and payment
Winners will be notified in writing at the email address recorded with their entry by 5 pm AEDT on the corresponding draw date. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to contact each winner and may request reasonable proof of identity, residency and the qualifying transaction. No fee is payable to receive a prize.
The refund will be paid to the original payment method within 7 business days after the draw, and in any event within 28 days of the draw for a readily identifiable winner. Verification must be completed promptly and must not create an indefinite payment delay. Where an order was paid using more than one payment method, the Promoter will consult the winner and agree the allocation of the prize across the original payment methods, taking account of the winner’s preference and applicable payment-provider limits. The combined refund must not exceed the prize payable under clause 6. Gift-card payments will be restored to the original gift card or equivalent gift-card balance; buy-now-pay-later payments will be refunded through the original provider in accordance with its processing rules. If an original payment method cannot receive the refund, the Promoter will arrange an equivalent monetary payment with the winner within the applicable payment deadline. A gift card will not replace a monetary prize without the winner’s written agreement and where permitted by law.
8 Cancellations and returns
8.1 A transaction fully cancelled or fully refunded before its draw is not a qualifying purchase. If only part is cancelled or refunded before the draw, the entry remains eligible if the retained purchase meets the qualifying requirements; the prize is calculated on the amount actually retained, subject to the $350 cap and delivery treatment in clause 6.
8.2 Once a valid winner has been selected, a later genuine return does not cancel or reduce the competition prize. The prize will not be reclaimed merely because the winner exercises a statutory right. Any separate refund for a returned product will be administered consistently with the Australian Consumer Law and the applicable returns policy.
8.3 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
9 Results and publication
Draw results will be published at https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/cms/promotional-specific-terms.html by 5 pm AEDT on each draw date. Each result will remain available for at least seven days after the draw and seven days after publication, whichever is later. The final result will remain available until at least 5 pm AEDT on 9 November 2026, or later if publication is delayed. The published information will be the winner’s name and state or territory. Contact details and full addresses will not be published. The Promoter will also arrange any additional publication required by applicable law or a regulator direction.
10 Unclaimed prizes
The Promoter will make and record reasonable efforts to identify and contact each winner and pay the prize. Where a response is needed, a winner will be allowed at least 14 days from notification to respond, without limiting any longer period required by law. A known winner will not automatically lose a prize for failing to respond. No entrant is required to attend a draw.
A replacement winner may be selected by an additional random electronic draw from the remaining valid entries in the same daily pool only where the original winner is not readily identifiable, reasonable efforts to identify that winner have failed, and the replacement draw is permitted by all applicable laws. Any required regulatory approval or direction must first be obtained. The Promoter will record the reason for the replacement draw, notify the replacement winner promptly in writing and publish the result in the manner described in clause 9.
An unpaid or unclaimed prize will be retained for the winner and dealt with in accordance with applicable unclaimed-money and gaming requirements and any regulator directions. The Promoter will seek any required directions before disposing of, surrendering or reallocating an unclaimed prize. There is no automatic seven-day forfeiture or redraw. This clause does not permit a prize to be retained for the Promoter’s benefit.
11 Privacy
The Promoter will collect, use and disclose entrants’ personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, contacting the winner and awarding the prize.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Adore Beauty’s Privacy Policy at https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/cms/privacy.html and Collection Notice at https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/cms/collection-notice.html. These explain service-provider and overseas handling, access and correction, and privacy complaints. Privacy enquiries may be sent to privacy@adorebeauty.com.au.
Where required by law, the Promoter may disclose entrant and winner information to relevant regulatory authorities.
By participating in the promotion, entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be used as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion. Entry does not itself subscribe an entrant to marketing. Any new marketing subscription must be separately chosen. Results will be published only as disclosed in clause 9.
12 Fair administration and changes
The Promoter will administer the competition fairly and in accordance with these terms and applicable law. It may reject an entry or decline a prize only on reasonable grounds that the entry is invalid or fraudulent, or the entrant does not meet the disclosed eligibility requirements. It may ask for reasonable supporting information and will consider any explanation before a final decision.
If an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control materially prevents the competition operating as described, the Promoter will seek any required regulatory consent or directions before changing, suspending or cancelling it. Any permitted change will be communicated promptly and will protect accrued entrant and winner rights as required by law. This clause does not permit the Promoter to avoid awarding a prize because of its own error or inconvenience.
The Promoter will keep appropriate records of entries, draws, verification, notifications, publication and prize payments. Questions or complaints about the competition may be sent to the contact in clause 1. Nothing in these terms prevents an entrant from approaching a regulator or exercising legal rights.
13 Availability of these terms
The completed terms are available at https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/cms/promotional-specific-terms.html and from participating stores throughout the Promotion Period. They must be read with the entry information displayed before purchase. The Promoter will honour the prize and material conditions as advertised, subject to applicable law.
$10,000 Adore Rewards Gift Card Competition
1. Promoter
The promoter is Adore Beauty Pty Ltd (ABN 38 123 655 772) of Level 7, 324 St Kilda Road, Southbank VIC 3006 (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 13 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who:
a. are an Adore Rewards member at the time of completing an Eligible Purchase; or
b. become an Adore Rewards member as part of completing an Eligible Purchase.
Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter and any agencies directly associated with the conduct of this promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period and be, or become, an Adore Rewards member in connection with that purchase.
An “Eligible Purchase” means any purchase, of any value, made during the Promotion Period through:
- the Adore Beauty website;
- the Adore Beauty app; or
- an Adore Beauty physical retail store.
Gift card purchases are eligible purchases for the purposes of this promotion.
Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry per Eligible Purchase, regardless of the value of the transaction.
Multiple entries are permitted. Each separate Eligible Purchase made during the Promotion Period will generate one additional entry.
There is no additional fee to enter the promotion beyond the cost of the Eligible Purchase.
For purchases made in an Adore Beauty retail store, the entrant must identify themselves as an Adore Rewards member or join Adore Rewards as part of the transaction so that the Eligible Purchase can be associated with their membership.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details associated with their Adore Rewards account are complete and correct.
5. Cancelled, Refunded or Fraudulent Transactions
If an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, fully refunded, reversed or determined by the Promoter to be fraudulent before the draw takes place, the corresponding entry may be deemed invalid.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any right to return goods or obtain a refund.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The winner will receive:
One (1) $10,000 Adore Beauty gift card.
The total prize pool is AUD $10,000.
The gift card will be valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and is subject to Adore Beauty’s applicable gift card terms and conditions.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
7. Draw
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 6 November 2026 at:

The electronic draw will randomly select one valid entry from all eligible entries.
The first valid entry randomly selected will be the winner.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with their Adore Rewards account.
The winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw and provided with details of their prize and how it will be delivered or claimed.
The Promoter may also attempt to contact the winner by telephone.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner before the prize claim deadline.
9. Publication of Winner
The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published within 30 days of the draw on the Adore Beauty Promotional Specific Terms webpage:
The winner’s details will remain published for at least 28 days, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and any lawful request not to publish the winner's details.
10. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize by 11:59pm AEDT on 4 February 2027 (“Prize Claim Deadline”), subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
The Promoter may require the winner to provide reasonable proof of their identity, age, Australian residency and eligibility to enter before awarding the prize.
If the winning entry is found to be invalid or the winner is determined to be ineligible under these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
The prize will be delivered or made available to the verified winner in accordance with applicable law.
11. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed by the Prize Claim Deadline, despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter to contact the winner, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and any necessary regulatory approval.
The unclaimed prize draw, if required, will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 5 February 2027 at:

The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted by random electronic draw from all remaining valid entries.

12. Verification of Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who the Promoter reasonably determines has:
a. submitted or obtained an entry other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
b. tampered with or attempted to interfere with the entry or draw process;
c. provided false, incomplete or misleading information; or
d. engaged in conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage in the promotion.
Any decision to invalidate an entry will be made reasonably and subject to applicable law.
13. Prize Availability
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any approval required from a relevant regulatory authority.
14. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
If this promotion is interfered with or is unable to be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law and any approval required from the relevant regulatory authorities.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.
16. Privacy

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and promotional or advertising material relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent permitted by law.
The promotion is governed by the laws applicable in each Australian State and Territory in which the promotion is conducted.
