Upon waking, shake 10g or 2 teaspoons with filtered water, coconut water, almond milk or blitz into a smoothie for the smoothest consistency. We recommend you take the Elixir each morning or during the day, not at bedtime. It’s recommended that you only take 1 serving of the Super Elixir per day.

Great pop of flavour if you like blood orange, especially in summer. The elixir has some great benefits which I noticed the first day. I've been taking the elixir for over a year now. Not my favourite flavour but that's just personal preference and the reason I removed a star.
