Over the last 10 years, my hair has been dyed everything from bleach blonde and dark brown to purple, pink and blue. Currently, it's a bright traffic light red.

Here's how to use every drop of K18 hair treatment for the best results:

1. After shampooing your hair, towel dry it and section.

2. Apply the K18 mask to each section of hair following the handy guide included in the packaging that tells you how many pumps you'll need for each section. Hint: It's less than you think.

3. Don't rinse the mask out - I left mine in and let my hair air dry, but you can also leave in for just four minutes before drying with a hairdryer.

A few other important tips for using the K18 hair mask:

When you first get this treatment, use it for four washes in a row. After that, every four to six washes is plenty.

My K18 Hair Treatment - Before and After Review.

When I first used the K18 hair treatment, I was truly shocked because I had no idea my hair could feel this soft without a conditioner or a thick mask.

I just couldn’t wrap my head around how luscious my hair felt with how little product I used. I've been using K18 for about a month now and it's been such a life-saver.

My favourite thing about this hair mask is how you don't have to rinse it out. I used to dread hair washing days, but this product has cut my hair routine in half.

Oh, and the way it breathes life into my red colour to keep it super vibrant and shiny is pretty great, too.
