1. Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumising Paste.

Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumising PasteChristophe Robin Cleansing Volumising Paste

Fast facts:

  • Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumising Paste is a clay-to-foam shampoo/scalp scrub hybrid that absorbs oil and adds volume and body to fine hair, without weighing it down.

  • Is colour-safe, paraben-free, silicone-free, SLS-free, alcohol-free and cruelty-free.

  • Rub a tablespoon amount in your palms and massage through wet hair while giving yourself a little scalp massage. Add a bit more water to make it foam, then rinse and shampoo.

Why I'm adding it to cart:

I recently cut my hair short so it needs all the volume it can get. One wash using a sample pot and I was sold. I've been using this once a week as my first shampoo in place of my other favourite scalp scrub Christophe Robin Cleansing Purifying Scrub before going in with VIRTUE Recovery Shampoo 60ml as my second shampoo. The rose scent is divine, but make sure to only use this in the roots as it can be drying on the ends.

2. Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant.

Dermalogica Daily MicrofoliantDermalogica Daily Microfoliant

Fast facts:

  • A rice-based enzyme powder that combines physical and enzymatic exfoliation.

  • Removes dead skin cell build up for a noticeably smoother, brighter complexion.

  • Dispense around a half-teaspoon of the powder into very wet hands and rub together to create a creamy paste.

Why I'm adding it to cart:

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant is an oldie but a goodie. I'm obsessed with the way the product makes my skin feel as soft as the day I came into this world. Creating the water paste also feels a bit like concocting your own skincare science experiment. Plus, a bottle will last you yonks and you can restock with the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Refill 74g when you do inevitably run out.

3. IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Foundation.

it cosmetics your skin but better foundationit cosmetics your skin but better foundation

Fast facts:

  • IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Foundation is a lightweight liquid foundation with medium coverage and a naturally radiant finish.

  • Formulated with skincare ingredients like hepes acid, hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, vitamin E and vitamin B5 (panthenol).

  • Smooth, airbrushed finish that really does look like your skin, but better.

Why I'm adding it to cart:

Love the glow of the original IT Cosmetics CC cream but want a thinner, silkier formula? This is it! I'm really enjoying this new foundation - I'll save you some time and link to my full IT Cosmetics foundation review here.

4. SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier.

Fast facts:

  • A hydrating serum with a high concentration of pure hyaluronic acid for plump, juicy skin.

  • Also contains proxylane™ and botanical extracts of licorice root and purple rice that deliver surface hydration to maintain the moisture content in the skin, amplifying the skin's natural moisture content by up to 30 per cent.

You can learn more about the SkinCeuticals HA Intensifier serum in our hyaluronic acid YouTube video below.

Why I'm adding it to cart:

I just ran out of my last HA serum and SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier 30ml comes highly recommended by Beauty IQ Uncensored podcast co-host Joanna Fleming. She says even though it's bougie AF, it's worth the price tag. Also another great reason to stock up while it's on sale.

5. Mr. Smith Hair Serum.

Mr. Smith Hair SerumMr. Smith Hair Serum

Fast facts:

  • A lightweight hair serum/oil that hydrates, repairs and protects hair from UV and heat damage.

  • Aussie-made, cruelty-free, vegan and free from parabens, sulphates and artificial fragrances.

  • Contains jojoba oil, argan oil, hempseed oil and acai berry oil. So, all the good oils.

Why I'm adding it to cart:

Mr. Smith Serum is a new find and I'm so glad we crossed paths. One pump of this light hair oil does exactly what it says it will: adds shine, softness and heat protection, without making your hair look greasy or heavy. Bonus points, it smells so bloody good too.

6. Alpha-H Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum.

Alpha-H Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot SerumAlpha-H Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum

Fast facts:

  • An overnight treatment to resurface tired, dull and prematurely aged skin.

  • Industry-first formula contains 14 per cent glycolic acid (an AHA or alpha hydroxy acid) and 1 per cent granactive retinoid (a form of vitamin A).

  • Has a non-irritating creamy texture loaded with hydrating humectant and moisturising emollient ingredients.

Why I'm adding it to cart:

I honestly haven't used another chemical exfoliation or vitamin A product since Alpha-H Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum 50ml launched back in 2020. Hence, I've run out and need to restock ASAP. There are so many reasons why I'm in a committed relationship with this product - you can read about them all in my full Alpha-H Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum review here.

8. Murad Intensive Recovery Cream.

murad intensive recovery creammurad intensive recovery cream

Fast facts:

  • Murad Intensive Recovery Cream 50ml is an intensely soothing moisturiser specifically designed for sensitive skin types and concerns like redness and visible signs of stress on the skin.

  • Super thick, comforting texture that boosts skin resilience, strengthens the skin barrier and reduces the appearance of redness.

Why I'm adding it to cart:

Ohhh boy this moisturiser is thick and glorious. Coming into winter, it's exactly what I want to be putting on my parched, dry face. The creamy balm texture is really soothing on the skin. It's basically a warm hug in a glass tub, with a subtle green tone that helps to counteract redness.
