What Embryolisse products to try next What Embryolisse products to try next

The French aren’t just known for clichés like croissants and striped tops paired with red lipstick.

(Although they do those clichés very well.)

They also make elite pharmacy skin care.

French pharmacy brands have become increasingly popular in Australia over the last couple of years, and for good reason.

The products are affordable, effective and excellent for managing skin concerns like sensitised skin, rosacea and blemishes.

But if there's one French skincare product that rules them all, it's the Embryolisse Lait-Crème.

This cult product has been a makeup artist secret weapon for decades.

Haven't heard of this Embryolisse product? Here's the gist.

Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré Moisturiser is a multi-purpose moisturiser and primer.

It's the key to getting a healthy, glowy base under makeup, making it a staple in every beauty expert's makeup bag.

So popular was the Embryolisse cream, it was almost always sold out in Australia until about a year ago when we started getting a steady supply back into the country.

The hype is real. I won’t blame you for adding one to cart immediately after reading this Embryolisse moisturiser review.

But did you know you can also get more Embryolisse products here at Adore Beauty?

Keep scrolling for our Embryolisse reviews of six products to try next.

Trust us, these little-known French faves are just as good as the best-selling moisturiser.

Why you should add it to cart:

Formulated with nourishing castor seed oil (this explains its lovely melting texture), adding this lippie to your makeup bag is a no-brainer.

Amy agrees, adding:

"I was genuinely shocked by how pigmented this lip crayon is! One swipe is all you need for a lipstick-esque look."

"The texture is so smooth and creamy, definitely feels like a lip balm on."

Why you should add it to cart:

Both the Embryolisse BB cream and Embryolisse CC cream are great, just for different reasons.

If you're after full coverage and colour-correction, go with the CC cream.

It offers a radiant, skin-like finish, and like the BB cream, it only comes in one 'universal' shade.

Unfortunately, we couldn't find any images of the product on deeper skin tones, so approach with healthy scepticism.

Here's an Embryolisse CC cream reviewfrom one AB customer:

“I have lined skin with red blotches and it covers everything. Friends have noticed how good my skin looks. I think it is fantastic.” - Jen.
