I love sprinkling this into my cleanser - it's so fun to use! I actually find it a bit abbrasive on the skin though, so haven't re-purchased for a while.

I love Aesop, but this product semi terrifies me. This is quite harsh - probably moreso than their cream scrub, and I am extremely careful on the occasions where I used this. As I have dry/sensitive skin, this is not the best product for me - their toners do a much better job at exfoliating my face without the physical exfoliation. This might be your thing if you love that 'scrub' or physical exfoliation, but it's not for me.

satisfying scrubthis scrub is not for the faint hearted. It's really good at getting a deep clean and makes you feel fresh. Wouldn't recommend to sensitive or easily irritated skin.
CustomisableI prefer a chemical exfoliant but sometimes a scrub can be nice and this is a good one! The best thing about it is being able to use as much as you want and create a harsher or gentler scrub to suit you.

Smooth and refreshed skin!I received a few sample sachets of this gritty, ash-like textured scrub and found that with just a small amount it gently buffed my skin and left it feeling smooth and refreshed. I couldn't say however it made a noticeable difference in helping to settle my breakouts and for that reason I continue to prefer and use Skinstitut's Glycolic Scrub.
great for the t zoneA lovely exfoliant which is very gentle and very effective, simple mix into your cleanser and massage over your skin for about one minute. Leaves your skin and smooth
Amazing for blemishesThis tea tree leaf facial exfoliant is amazing for getting rid of blemishes. I wouldn't use this product if your skin is very sensitive though. It leaves the skin feeling completely refreshed. I use this a couple of times a week when I am struggling with blemishes and they clear up pretty quickly.
Wonderful smell, works wellI was gifted this exfoliator last Christmas. I use it once a week. It does a good job of exfoliating however if you have acne or congested skin like I do, it is not enough. I have found my Skinstitut exfoliator has worked much better for my skin. Would be good for people with skin that is not congested.
It’s greatSuch a lovely, natural way to give the skin a lovely refreshing look. It’s the best! This brand is wonderful.
Go to exfoliatorMy favourite exfoliator I have ever used. It lasts for months because only a small amount is needed mixed into my Aesop parsley seed cleanser, twice a week. My skin feels refreshed and not dried out at all. The powder is not too rough, as a I have sensitive skin and find it great!
WorksI have combination/acne prone skin. This exfoliant is harsh compared to the clay exfoliate. It not suitable to use when I have active acne but its great on other normal days. Definitely repurchase.
Actually ExfoliatesThis is the first exfoliant that has actually worked! You can mix it with any facial cleanser so it has carried me through my skin changes. It also lasts forever because you can use as little or as much as you want.
Too harsh for sensitive skinDid not suit my sensitive skin, it left me feeling very raw and was way too intense due to the literal grittiness of the scrub, but it is very refreshing if you only use a very small amount.
Great for dehydrated skinSkin feels smooth and polished after first use. One month in and - wow! Skin is rejuvenated, even and fresh. I concentrated on nose pores and am so happy with the result. TIP: Mix with a mild Aesop facial cleanser in your palm.
Best natural exfoliantI'm fussy when it comes to exfoliants, and I prefer a more textured gritty exfoliant, over something more softer or with a creamy/oily base.
I get the best of both worlds because I love the texture of the Tea Tree exfoliant but I can add it to any face wash that I like, so I feel like I'm tailoring my skin care to suit my needs and skin type. Love that it is made from all natural ingredient...Read More
Hands down best natural exfoliator!Love love love this product, it's a dry powder you add to your cleanser so it's good for choosing what type of exfoliation you would like, use less for a light exfoliation and use more for a more intense and grainy exfoliation. Smells great and last ages, a bottle lasts 6 months if using every second day. Great value!
Irritated my skin quite badlyBe really careful with this one if you have sensitive skin. I purchased it to blend with my face cleanser. It feels good when it first goes on, providing what feels like a gentle exfoliation., but afterwards, my skin was really rough and started to break out. Would avoid if you have sensitive skin like me.
The bottle it comes in is cute, which is a plus.
Fun product to useI love mixing this up with my cleanser and blending it together. It creates a beautifully textured scrub that is gentle on the skin. My skin is always super soft after I use it. Be sure to use a thick moisturiser after, and don't overuse (tempting with scrubs).
okayThis is a cool little product, an exfoliant medium you can mix in with your usual cleanser. Works really well and didnt irritate my skin. Sadly, there is no rational reason for me to repurchase $40 worth of dried leaves in a fancy bottle.
My all time favourite!I've been using this exfoliator for years and swear by it. It's a dry powder that you can add water too, or mix with one of your cleansers - whichever you prefer on the day really! I often mix it with a cream cleanser for a gentle exfoliation. It also lasts forever too, win win!
AESOP TEA TREE LEAF FACIAL EXFOLIANTI had congested skin, and was told to try an exfoliator to help unblock my pores. This exfoliator has helped after only two weeks. It is very gentle but effective. You don’t need to use much either. It’s helped to balance the texture of my skin. After using it my skin is left smooth and glowing.
My favourite exfoliant of all timeThis is one of my desert island products. No joke.
I love how smooth and clean my skin feels afterward, I mix it with the Fabulous face cleanser and apply. But really you can mix it with any cleanser and it’s great.
The bottle lasts for ages and I find the mix it up naturalness of it all to be quite satisfying.
For reference I’ve got 43 year old dry combo skin. Th...Read More
LOVE this productI have combination skin and during certain times of the year I choose not to exfoliate my skin. This product is great because its dry, so it lasts for ages without getting any gross residue on the bottle. You can also use different amounts, so it can be a subtle or harsher exfoliator depending on what you want to achieve. It has a subtle smoky scent but doesn't overwhelm and leaves my face feeling...Read More
Smells great but thats itThis product smells great, but thats about it. The whole tea tree thing being good for your skin doesn't apply here as the ingredient is tea leaf, not oil. It's the oil that is actually beneficial for your skin.
Smells and feels great!!From the moment I started using this it’s made my skin feels so smooth and clean. Having sensitive skin that’s mature I was a little worried but it was gentle and mild.
Great for once a week useI love this product. I mix it with Aesop cleansers about once a week and give my skin a thorough scrub. I really like how coarse it is and my skin feels incredibly smooth afterward.
Really nice productI love mixing this exfoliant in with my Aesop cleanser (Amazing Face Cleanser). I use it every few days and my skin feels smooth and clean. This jar will last ages as you only need a tiny amount.
My go toStrange but very intense and very good. My flaky skin feels and looks much better after this!
Exfoliating made funThis exfoliator comes in the form of a dry powder and is recommended for use mixed into one of the Aesop cleansers. Mixing together the different ingredients is a bit of fun, leaving me feeling like a mad scientist... On a more serious note, this exfoliator can be as coarse as you choose it to be, as you're the one mixing it together. It smells very natural and is good at removing imperfections.
good exfoliant but hoping for smaller particlesthis is still a great exfoliant but the particles are larger than what i would have hoped. lasts for ages also.
