It gives a nice amount of softness and makes the hair feel smoother after washing. The conditioner is where I notice the bigger benefit. It gives good slip and detangling, which is helpful for bleached hair that knots easily and feels rough through the lengths. Hair feels softer, shinier and more manageable without being extremely heavy

The shampoo barely cleanses the hair even after about 15 pumps it barely foams or gets under the surface. The conditioner is also so thin that even after about 30 pumps, it barely seems like you have any in. Disappointed as I love the oil so much.
