Ready to get the best brows of your life? We’ve got you covered! Here’s everything you need to know about covering grey brows and creating an amazing, youthful look.

Create a Shape

Before you do anything with your brows, shape them. If you’ve been neglecting your brows, start from scratch. Fill them in with a brow pencil to create the shape you want. Then pluck anything that falls outside the line. Eyebrow stencils can be particularly helpful in this phase.

Remember, less is more. You can always pluck more later, but you can’t regrow hair instantly if you get overzealous!

And DON'T go crazy plucking grey hairs. If you have thinning brows, you want to keep all the hairs you can. Plucking the hair just removes the grey temporarily until another grey hair grows back in its place.

If you're plagued by bushy brows, brush or comb hairs upwards and carefully trim above the brow line only. Don't clip hairs too short, as it's difficult to camouflage stubble.

Our favourite tool to use is theTweezerman Slant Tweezer.

Tweezerman Slant Tweezer

Tweezerman's famous Slant Tweezer is the finest tweezer you can own. These tweezers have been specially developed to offer perfect alignment, with hand filed tips to grab the hair everytime. The tweezers are constructed in hand polished Stainless Steel, and are designed to last. Once you've tried Tweezerman Tweezers, you will never use anything else!

Create a Base

Once you’ve got a good shape going, it’s time to draw on your brows. Forget about the old-fashioned technique of drawing long lines over, under, and all over your brows. For a natural look, you need to use ultra-short lines to create the look of real hairs.

Start by drawing on your eyebrows with a pencil, wax, or powder. If you're a brow-grooming newbie, Benefit Foolproof Brow Powder is an incredibly easy-to-use kit. Go for a Semi-Permanent Fix

If you have more than a few grey brow hairs, dyeing your eyebrows could be a good fix. There are some safe at-home eyebrow tints, but you need to have a steady hand to avoid making a major mess. If you're feeling brave, go for it! we recommend using the Maybelline Tattoo Brow Gel Tint.

Maybelline Tattoo Brow Gel Tint is an easy-to-use, peel-off brow tint with up to 3-day wear. This game-changing gel tint leaves brows perfectly defined and evenly filled. The semipermanent formula colours brows for up to 3 days and then gradually fades over time. Infused with Collagen, Royal Jelly, and Aloe Vera, Tattoo Brow Gel Tint conditions brow hairs, leaving them soft and full.

Note, however, that you have to use vegetable-based dye designed for brows. Never, ever use normal hair dye on your brows. It could literally blind you.

Getting your eyebrows dyed at a salon is an affordable and easy process. It’s usually less expensive than a manicure, and the results will last for a couple months.
