Most Helpful Positive

My everyday go to!
This is my everyday foundation. At first the texture is harder to get used to but once used to it you will never go back. It covers the skin well and leaves a soft dewy sort of finish on the skin. Skin looks natural yet a good coverage. Definately give this one a shot. Lasts for ages too.

Most Helpful Criticism

Not My Fave
I decided to repurchase this after not using it for a few years and I wasn't as impressed with it this time round. I find that it sets into my fine lines and rubs off in certain places and oxidises making my skin look orange...

  2. Good coverage

This foundation gives a heavy coverage it is more suitable for a night out or with a full face of make up rather than everyday use

  4. Good, full coverage, but very thick

A good full coverage foundation but it is very thick. I usually mix it with a luminator or with fix-plus and then it applies easier.
  5. Perfect

Truly beautiful on the skin, can't explain how nice this foundation wears.
  6. Full Coverage and Glowing!

I have normal to dry skin and love this foundation for a full coverage glowy finish, always receive compliments on my skin with this on
  7. nice but oxidises

This was the first Mac foundation I bought. I’m in NC15 which is a perfect match however this foundation oxidises pretty heavily within the first hour after applying it to my skin. I’ve since mixed it with a white foundation to get the perfect match but it is disappointing considering the price point. I’d recommend trying another Mac foundation or going a shade down from what you actually are.
  8. Wouldn't use anything else!!

LOVE! this foundation!! Very versatile! Easy to apply! and can be worn light to full coverage
  9. Fantastic, but oxidises like crazy

The coverage is fantastic and it was easy to apply and blend using a sponge. It wore nicely and looked natural.
I bought NC20, which is a perfect match for me straight out of the tube but it oxidises to be at least a full shade darker within just a few minutes. I have oily skin and that may have something to do with it, but I wish I'd bought a shade lighter.
  10. Nice

This is pretty nice, I've only used this twice as I have a sample. So far though I do like this.
  11. Great foundation if you know what you’re doing!

I’m a bit of a slob when it comes to makeup, and only ever wear a BB cream over sunscreen during the day, which doesn’t readily show mistakes or highlight wrinkles. Lately though I’ve been wanting to up my game and gave Studio Sculpt a try- wow, it’s a beautiful foundation!
I was worried that it would be too heavy (being full coverage) but I find that stippling with a small amount on a brush, and then buffing it out gives a thinner, even layer which doesn’t settle into lines and feels quite natural. It doesn’t “sculpt” anything- that’s just marketing hype- but my skin looks great!
  12. Good coverage

A nice smooth texture on the skin and good coverage
  13. Good Coverage Matte Foundation

I've used this foundation before and liked it which made me repurchase it recently. However, I'm finding it's not working as well as it used to with my skin. I find my skin has to be really smooth for it to go on nicely so it could be the primer I'm using?? It does provide good coverage though!
  14. Works well

Its definitely worked well for my combination skikn type. It wasn't too oily for me around my t-zone. I would recommend it to others who have the same skin type.
  15. Full coverage, good for events

This is a lovely full coverage foundation that provides a flawless finish. I mainly use it for event makeup, as I find it quite heavy for everyday. Lasts well on my combination skin.
  16. not a fan

i don’t know why this foundation didn’t work for me, i had heard so many reviews from people saying how incredible it is but the moment i tried it i absolutely hated it, it looked awful on me so cakes and patchy and streaky i don’t know why! i have tried using it many different ways with a sponge, brush, fingers even and it always looks terrible. i’m disappointed because i really wanted this to be great!
  17. Full coverage

Really like this product gives a full coverage while still feeling light on the face gives a nice dewy glow to the skin
  18. Really good foundation

Really good quality foundation. light coverage but nice
  19. Lovely foundation

This dewy finish foundation works wonders on my dry fair skin. I find I can really build it up depending on what sort of event I use it for. I have managed to make a tub last almost 6 months so i find it to be very good value.
  20. Not a fan

This is a small tube for the price and its quite oily with the SPF (although that's important) it made me break out even though I never get acne. Be wary if you are prone to that !
  21. Perfect

I LOVE this foundation. Perfect shade for my pale, Irish skin and it is long wearing on my very dehydrated skin. I don't even need to use a primer under this, I just moisturise. Can't complain about this foundation at all! I also love that it's in a squeeze tube rather than a jar, which means product won't be wasted.
  22. Gorgeous

Really ended up loving this foundation, such nice coverage and complexion to the skin.
  23. amazing in the hands of the right people

When a makeup artist in MAC first applied this on me, I was in love. My skin looked healthy, glowing and flawless at the same time. I loved it so much, that I decided to buy the full size the next day, and for some reason, my results weren't anything like they were the first time. It looked quite cakey and thick on my skin, and seemed to sit on top of it rather than blending in. I'm not sure if I just got a bad bottle, but I probably won't repurchase again because it's quite expensive.
  24. Great for dry skin

This is one of the best full coverage foundations for dry skin. I wear the shade NC42 in summer and NC40 in winter and it never clings to any dry spots or textured areas! If not set properly it can start to separate and sink into creases as the day goes on but a good primer and setting spray can easily fix that, I don't even use powder to set the foundation!
  25. Full Coverage for Dry Skin

This is creamy and hydrating. Perfect for dry and mature skins. Great for full coverage and gives a flawless coverage. Ive found it has improved the hydration levels of my skin.
  26. My go to full coverage foundation

I have been using this foundation since I was 15 and I have yet to find one that works better. It great it you have dry skin and are looking for a full coverage foundation as it is hydrating and has full coverage whilst not being too thick
  27. Lovely

I recently bought this foundation when I was looking for something with a bit more coverage. This foundation I have found is light weight on the skin and coverage can be increased by applying a little more. It didn't cake on me which is great because I have struggled with caking from other foundations. I find the best way for me to apply is using a damp beauty blender. Followed by a light powder and M.A.C fix +
  28. Hydrating

This foundation is quite hydrating, much more than some other 'hydrating' foundations. It looks nice on my very dehydrated skin, however, after several hours it was horrible around my nostrils and chin area.
