1. "The best tip that I've ever been given was to shampoo my hair twice before conditioning! You can go longer between washes (especially important as I have oily hair) and so you really remove all product build-up." - Maddy.

2. “A great beauty tip I was recently given is cocktailing your mascaras! So for example, I like to start with Lancôme Lash Idôle Mascara to add length to my very straight lashes then fluff them up and add density (especially the end lashes that are hard to grab) with Maybelline Lash Sensational Lengthening Mascara (the $22 mascara Sofia Richie wore on her wedding day).” - Sadaf.

3. "Do your skin routine out of the shower, especially if you have dry skin (like me)." - Jas.

4. "Sleep with a silk pillowcase at night, or put your hair in a silk wrap, this helps with flyaways and frizz." - Christie.

5. "The best placement for blush is starting under the pupil of your eye, going up towards the temple! Megan our resident makeup up artist taught me this one." - Madison.

6. "This might sound so simple but I’m a super oily gal with the world’s shiniest forehead, and the best tip for flawless photos is doing a light dusting of loose powder with a fluffy brush - works perfectly!" - Madison.

7. "Apply your cream contour under foundation. Essentially it just shapes out the bone structure giving a more natural contour look! I learnt it from Mary Phillips!"

8. "Dry Shampoo roots when your hair is almost dry after washing it- makes your clean hair last soo much longer. Its a game changer for oily root hair!" - Laura.

9. "Very basic, but when filling in your brows, focus mainly on the tail and go very soft on the front for a more natural look... I totally used to have super boxy brows back in the day." - Dani.

10. "A lesson learned from when I was younger and wasn't paying much attention. Think of your neck and ears as an extension of your face when moisturising morning and night." - Nicole.

11. "When doing winged eyeliner start with the eye you have trouble matching/making even. This helped me match my wings and make sure they were the same shape. Also if you're new to eyeliner or struggle with it start with a pencil or eyeshadow and then follow with a liquid or gel. It's much easier to clean up/start over." - Mikayla.

12. "Highlighter on the cupids bow for me - I learnt it in Seventeen magazine at least 15 years ago! Albeit I thought they meant a yellow highlighter marker at the time... quickly realised that was not what they meant." - Tristan.

13. "Blush is usually the first thing to fade once applied to the face. Use a powered blush over your cream blush. It will not only set it in place, but it will hold the colour for a longer time. The same applies to bronzer." - Nikki.

14. "In my late teens/early twenties I used to religiously watch and copy YouTube tutorials and wonder why I didn't like it on me (sorry baking). The biggest – and what should have been obvious – lightbulb moment was when I happened across one YouTuber that emphasised not every trend/technique/product will work for everyone, and to just do what you like. Makeup is so personal and should always be about what makes you feel most confident and comfortable! Make your own rules, I say." - Kathryn.

15. "Prioritise eating well and staying hydrated. You will feel better and your body will thank you." - Chiara.

16. "Experiment with makeup to help you understand your features. For example: I have hooded eyes. Once I understood how to enhance them it was a game changer." - Chiara.

17. "The best piece of advice I ever received is to always make sure your skin is slightly damp before applying most serums, this will help the product absorb better into the skin ! My favourite way to do this is to apply the Laneige Cream Skin Cerapeptide Toner & Moisturiser 170ml straight after cleansing, you can't go wrong!" - Anika.

18. "My best tip is cleaning up your mascara after you've finished your makeup with a spoolie once it's dried - i always end up with mascara all over my eyelids." - Nicola.
