I got this for my first retinol product, the strength is ideal for a first time retinol user with normal skin. I would still suggest that you introduce the product slowly into your routine, but you will start to see results in about 3 months. Very niceRetinol Love

Something about the Alpha H works really well for me and I only need to use it 2 to 3 times a week. Skin definitely looks better, smoother and the consistency makes me feel like it penetrates properly. Happy with results.Non irritating, glowing skin

This is my first time using a retinol. It has a slight green colour and didnt have very much smell at all which I like. I think this is a good starter, It is not too strong. I use it only at night and I definitely notice a difference in the morning after I use it. But definitely use strong sunscreen during the day because It has made my skin more sensitive.One of the BEST vitamin A's!

As many said, it's hard to believe this is 0.5% retinol as this has such a wonderful light and hydrating texture. I've really enjoyed using this and at times don't feel the need to add moisturiser. This is a really enjoyable product to use. The dropper dispenses a liquid which is easily abosorbed and doesnot leave a sticky or tacky feeling. No irritation for a reasonably high level of Vit A. If you’re new to using retinol or a little bit worried about using it, this would be your go-to. It has a wonderful consistency, gentle but works well. This is one of my favourite serums. It has beautiful consistency and smell. It plumps my skin up almost instantly. Really good product to start my Vitamin A journey. Really gentle, feels great on the skin, and didn't react to it. I feel this product is for those who are unsure about vitamin a serums because this is a lower dose and buffered by a lot of other good ingredients. I bought this as a serum to use after I use my lonvitalite dermal roller as it contains retinol to renew the skin. I use it in the evening and leave it over night.

The Alpha H vitamins are great, you can feel the goodness in them and can smell the vitamins! That said, I have used similar brands that seem to be more concentrated or more mixed in together. Its hard to know which to use at which time or where on the face. But overall I really like these!Great
