Most Helpful Positive

A beauty!
A amazing set of nude colours with truly strong colour payoff

Most Helpful Criticism

Pretty good
Quite good quality eyeshadows, but they are not as cheap as other the Balm products so not sure if this palette is really worth it. Much better than most drugstore eyeshadows but there are lots of high end palettes which don't cost much more but they have much better quality shadows which blend more smoothly.
  1. A beauty!

A amazing set of nude colours with truly strong colour payoff
  2. Great everyday palette

Simplistic colours that can be used to create some basic looks, mostly matte shadows that don't sparkle too much on the eye, however they are good quality and easily blendable.
The packaging is so fun and always gets some laughs when people see it on my vanity.
  3. The best

This is the best eyeshadow I have ever used. The colour is perfect, it is applied so evenly and I love the choice of the lighter matte colours for the day and the darker for night. The pigment is just perfect. I also love that my eyes are not irritated at all by this as they are by some other products
  4. Blendable Beauty

I am such a big fan of the balm and this palette is no exception! Amazing pigments and colour payoffs! Love this product would highly recommend - extremely easy to blend and mix and match
  5. Lovely nudes

I love all the colors on the pallet. Not as pigmented as I would like but it does beautiful results still. A little pricey but would purchase again.
  6. Staple classic shades

Alot of staple classic shades to choose from, they swatch really nicely and apply well on the eyelids. The formula is very buttery and easy to blend which is great! A little pricey but would buy on sale in a heartbeat
  7. Love!

  8. A very nice palette

very highly pigmented palette with colors that could create both day and night looks. the product does not have too much fall out like other eye shadow palettes. i also take it for travel because it could create so many looks.
  9. Love this Palette!

This is one of my favourite palettes for creating make up looks with! I find it to be long lasting, (especially when also using The Balm Eyeshadow Primer) and the shades are perfect for every day wear, as well as night time looks. This palette is a win for me!

  11. A great palette for the price

I love this palette, I bought it on sale and loved it ever since. It's great for subtle nude looks and you can also make dark smoky eye looks. The colour pay off is great and blends well.
  12. Pretty good

  13. Average

theBalm shadows are of decent quality. They are smooth and creamy but are very basic shadows. They don't last particularly well and you will most likely experience a decent amount of fallout. Though the shadows themselves are pretty good quality, the reason I am not a fan of this product is the colours. They are very basic, nothing new, and shades you can find in most palettes.
  14. pretty good!

bought this last summer online with the other x2 Nude palettes in the series via The Balm. This palette is neutral leaning warm. Typical The Balm style packaging consists of sturdy cardboard casing with 1940’s pinup graphics with clever product names. Inside are 12 small shadow pans, an ample sized mirror and a mini dbl end brush which I have no use for. This palette is travel friendly. A 6:6 ratio of metallic to matte. Some matte shades have minute glitter particles as well. The eyeshadows names in this palette all start with the letter ‘F’ named after positive affirmative attributes-cute. Fearless and Flawless (matte formulas) seem to have poor pigmentation, although I do use them both as base shadows. I do tend to gravitate to the metallic shadows, my favs are the gold to coppery tones -Fabulous, Faithful, Firm, Fit and Flirty. These are buttery soft and apply nicely on the eyelid. Flirty (mauvey plum) doesn’t seem as pigmented as the others mentioned but is lovely as a sheer plum coat. I strongly recommend eye shadow primer with these palettes. Honourable mention Fierce- this is a deep dark green almost black matte colour with tiny particles of gold fleck,( which is barely detected once applied) goes on patchy but is easily corrected and blends beautifully with other shades adds such great depth to eye makeup looks. Overall I do enjoy this palette, great colours and formulations for the most part. For someone who never used set palettes before, I do fall victim in that I tend to use my go to colours and ignore the rest.
  15. bad pigment

the balm are hit and miss with their eyeshadows and sadly this was a miss...
  16. So good

This is my favourite palette ever! It has all my favourite colours. These are so pigmented and are truly stunning. You can also create so many different looks with this one palette- i sometimes even use it as a brow shade if i'm travelling. This is such a perfect combination of shades and I highly recommend it!
  17. Great palette!

I've wanted this palette for a while and it was always out of stock so I was so excited when I received it. It didn't disappoint! The colours are beautiful and blend really well. You can get daytime and nighttime looks with the palette.
  18. Beautiful and creamy

The balm really has the most under rated mattes. I purchased this just over a year ago and whenever I need a transition shade or am looking for a more natural look, this is the palette I go for. It is creamy and pigmented and blends beautifully.
  19. Long awaited happy purchase

I have admired this palette for many years but for whatever reason I always held off purchasing it. I am extremely happy I finally have this in my makeup kit! The colours are so stunning, with a variety of matt and shimmer. The yellow tone shimmer is next level and can be used as an extreme highlight on inner corner and brow bone.
All shades are lovely to blend and work really well together to compliment the overall look.

Not a palette you will regret!
