Kelly16 days agoI use this by itself to add a little bit of colour to my eyes without having to spend any time or effort which is always a win. I am fair with blue eyes and use the Groundwork and it looks great to look a bit more polished than just mascara. It is more wet than a powder eye shadow but not wet look or greasy look or feel.
