Step 2. If you are using The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% for the first time, perform a patch test before applying it to your face. Apply a small amount to a discreet area and check for any signs of irritation before regular use. Step 3. Apply a small amount of the azelaic acid suspension to your face using clean fingertips. Avoid contact with your eyes and lips. Step 4. Gently spread the product evenly over your skin. Allow it to absorb before applying your next skincare product. Step 5. Follow with a moisturiser to complete your routine. If using other skincare products, apply The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% before heavier creams and oils. Step 6. Use The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% once or twice daily as tolerated, or as directed by your skincare professional. Step 7. If using the product during the morning, finish your routine with a broad-spectrum sunscreen as the final skincare step before makeup or sun exposure. Step 8.
