Focus on areas where you want to apply the product, such as areas of facial expression, while avoiding direct contact with your eyes. Step 4. Gently pat the serum into your skin and allow it to absorb before applying your next skincare product. Do not rinse off. Step 5. Follow with a moisturiser to complete your skincare routine. Apply creams, oils or other heavier products after The Ordinary Argireline 10% Solution 30ml. Step 6. Use the serum morning and evening as part of your skincare routine, or as directed. Step 7. A.Hello Diane, The Ordinary Argieline 10% is a water based serum, it's consistency is quite fluidly which means it should be applied straight after cleansing the skin and prior to any heavier creams. I personally treat this serum as a toner and I apply this serum, by adding a couple drops into the palm of my hand and pat together to apply all over the face and neck area.It can be used both in your am and pm routine and isn't acidic at all. You do not need to wear SPF with this serum however I would always advise to use an SPF daily to not long product your skin but to also product your results. It's main conflicts are products containing Direct Acids, pure Vitamin C (LAA/ELAA). xx Ash
