I use this in conjunction with the conditioner and it leaves my fine hair with added body.

Long time buyer first time reviewer Tbh I've never been so disappointed in a product I don't know if I'm using it wrong (have tried several different ways) or what but my hair is limpest lankiest dirtiest mess it's ever been It looks like I never wash it (I do) there is no volume, it literally sticks to my head The scent is average and the bottle is so impractical if I could return i would This is...

This shampoo doesn't just smell incredible but my hair is feeling healthier than it has in a long time. Growing it out and currently at the mullet stage, so its a hard task, but using o&m has definitely helped!!! I would highly recommend this product!!!
Great light weight shampoo with a beautiful scent!

Love this product! Gave this a try as an alternative to O&M Hydrate and Conquer and have completely fallen in love! 2 washes with this combined with the O&M Fine Intellect Conditioner leaves my hair feeling light and smooth and the smell is absolutely divine!
Great product

I have really fine hair and this product is great. I doesn't leave it feeling really clean and with lots of movement. And it smells really good
Love it

I adore the O & M hair products. The fine intellect shampoo works so well on my hair which is fine and wavy and I am happy to allow my children to use it - whose hair shine like glass.... Yeh love it...x
EXTREMELY HAPPY
Gabrielle4 years ago
I love it, I have been using it for a few days now and I can see a differance already! It has almost an orange scent, quite pleasent. You don't need to use much to get a good clean, for both shampoo and conditioner. But it does work best if you wash your hair 'salon style' with damn hair not wet. But, everyday I use these products, the better my hair is! Softer, bouncier, shinier and healthier loo...

Brilliant

I love this! I tried the shampoo and conditioner, based on previous reviews, and am so glad I bought them. I have very fine, slightly wavy hair, that tends to get weighed down with some shampoos and conditioners the longer it gets. The Fine Intellect shampoo and conditioner have a lovely mild scent, clean my hair beautifully, and leave it soft and very shiny with plenty of body. I use this most da...

Smells 'natural' but leaves my hair 'knotty'
Danielle4 years ago
I used this to 'clean' my hair before using a scalp shampoo, as recommended by my hairdresser. I like the mild 'natural' smell and feel like it does a basic clean but not a deep clean. As previous reviewers have noted, it does make my hair very knotty and not feel 'soft', so you definitely need a conditioner after it. For the price, I feel like you get a lot of use out of the product but I wouldn'...

The Fine Intellect Shampoo & Conditioner duo are perfect for my hair and scalp - I will be a fan for life. They clean without stripping, are gentle on my sensitive scalp, and leave my hair clean and fresh, and tangle-free. Love.
Okay, but packaging needs to be better. Impossible to get out!
CB4 years ago
This is a GREAT product, but I really wish they'd reconsider the packaging. It's impossible to get this out of the bottle! The conditioner not so much, but the shampoo is impossible, unsure why. Between O&M and Kevin Murphy - work on the packaging! Awesome products but annoying to use given the packaging. Should be function over form, guys. I wouldn't stop using this product (like I did KM) but it...

Great alternative to Aveda
caycay4 years ago
O&M offer a great, less expensive alternative to Aveda hair products. The fine intellect shampoo boosts the volume of my hair and smells great. My only negative for this product is that it is somewhat difficult to get the shampoo out of the bottle!
If you want knotty hair use this.
Alexandra4 years ago
I've been using this together with the matching conditioner and at first I was blaming the conditioner for making my hair unbearably knotty but it could possibly be the shampoo. Definitely need to use some sort of product before brushing so you don't ruin your hair and end up with lots of split ends. Once my hair is combed it does dry nicely. I'm blonde, straight, medium thick hair that isn't usua...

My favourite shampoo
Alison4 years ago
I've been using this shampoo since I found it at ADORE BEAUTY a couple of years ago, perhaps more. It lasts for ages as I alternate with the hydrating shampoo and is so suited to my "fine, slightly greasy roots (with dry ends) after 1-2 days type of hair", it truly adds some oomf for me. Love this brand and everything it stands for, I've not used a bad product yet and I have most of them. They all...

Great for fine/flat hair
Clo4 years ago
I have fine blonde hair and find this (in conjunction with the conditioner) does give quite good volume. My hair feels fuller and less flat in general. Would recommend.
Quite like this product for my fine hair
Simone4 years ago
I found this to be really lightweight on my hair and gave it a clean soft feeling with some body. Loved the smell & found it foamed up plenty for a natural based shampoo. It was a little drying after continuous use, but if you use a treatment every now and then it's good!
Leave hair voluminous

I love this product so had to let others know- I've been using o&m for a few months now and couldn't be happier. It goes a long way (a bottle lasts a long time and I've been "sharing" it with my husband). This shampoo doesn't just smell incredible but my hair is feeling healthier than it has in a long time. Growing it out and currently at the mullet stage, so its a hard task, but using o&m has def...

Better than expected
Danielle4 years ago
I ummed and ahhhed about getting this product 'Do i really need to spend 30 odd dollars on shampoo? surely it's not too dissimilar to garneir or L'oreal' well, no actually it's vastly superior. I have tried Kevin Murphy, Pureology, Kerestase.. the list goes on. This is by far my holy grail. I have long fine hair that lacks a lot of body as soon as it gets past shoulder length, and i have 10 yea...

Fine hair saviour

I have fine, bleach and wavy/curly hair and really struggle to find products that dont weigh down my hair. I love this shampoo and the conditioner as well - cleans my hair and leaves it soft with zero residue.
Best natural shampoo
Kyile4 years ago
Best natural shampoo I've found for my hair. Nice scent and leaves my hair clean without weight. I have long fine hair and greasy roots, I use two shampoos followed by the O&M moisture conditioner just on the ends.
Not worth the price

Found that it made my hair really knotty! Have gone back to Kevin Murphy.
Love product

Love the product and all of the O&M products. They always make my hair feel amazing. My only whinge, is for O&M to please please change the packaging the products come in. Sometimes it's increibly hard to squeeze the product out because the bottle is so awkwardly shaped.

Hmmm...I am not sure about the smell of this. Smells like..nothing really. It is a gentle shampoo but it doesn't really remove styling products very effectively. Great if you are after a sulfate free product but I much prefer my Kevin Murphy over these.
Great for fine hair

I have fine hair and this helps lift it! Smells amazing and makes me feel good when washing my hair as its free of nasties. Will continue to buy O&M products!
