Millaa year agoI wont use anything else. Its the only eye-liner I have come across that will not budge. I also have oily lids so doesnt matter what I put on by the end of the day its totally smeared - except for this one!! Have been using it for the last 10 years now, absolutely love it, really easy to use once you master it. Worth every cent.
