Disappointed customer4 months agoThis is the first time I have purchased Lanolips. I was extremely disappointed - mostly because I was unable to get the ointment out of the tube. When I was finally able to extract some the product was fine, but it was so difficult to get out of the tube I have given up. I will not purchase it again and will probably toss it out, which is wasteful and unexpected given its reputation.
