I have thick straight/wavy hair and this matte styling paste helps me easily add volume, texture, and curls that last all day. The amount of product you get definitely justifies the price, and the packaging is of a high quality like all Kevin Murphy products. If you are using this daily without washing in between it can become clumpy, and it loses it usual matte and weightless qualities.

I dont know about other guys but my partner uses quite a lot of this to keep his under cut in place and it sure does the job. It takes a bit of blending sometimes to remove a bit of the white cast but holds up well for him through a 9 hour work day although he considering he uses a lot it is sometimes difficult to get out its definitely a win.

I have found the night rider texture paste the best product for my curly hair. My hairdresser recommended I add a couple of mls hot water when I first open it - makes it slightly softer to use but doesn't lose the hold at all. I use this with Kevin Murphy Body Builder mousse for the ends of my curls and have never been happier.
