How do you use the Foreo BEAR Mini?

Step 1: Clean and dry your face and neck carefully so there is no remaining residue of any kind.
Step 2: Apply the provided serum or a serum of your own to your skin, distributing it evenly across all the areas you wish to treat. Massage until fully absorbed.
Step 3: For Pre-Set Routines:Select your preferred microcurrent treatment in the FOREO For You app. Follow the instructions on the app and continue as directed. The device will automatically switch off after routine is complete.
