I love the scent and haven’t found it too hard to work with, as others have mentioned, it does lather well with very wet hair. For me, I don’t think it did enough to cleanse my scalp and roots as I feel that I was getting less time between washes before it was looking noticeably greasy. The formula is probably just a bit too heavy for those with thinner hair follicles.Loved it

When used with a scalp massager and a little extra splash of water on application, this lathers up extremely well. It's not often I find a shampoo that doesn't cause my sensitive scalp to itch and flake. Noticeably healthy scalp and hair after using this. Barely any fallout between washes. The smell is nice but that’s about where it ends. It takes a minimum of 3 washes to get even a bit of a lather up so I am wasting so much of it to feel like I’m getting any sort of wash out of it. Other eleven products I’ve used have been good but not this. Will not buy again.
