Kel164 months agoI have been wanting to try a red or reddish/purple eyeliner to make my blue eyes pop, so on a whim I bought the plum colour online. It has fast become a favourite of mine. Works well for winged liner, tight lining, waterline and can be smudged out for a smokier look but you have to work fast for the last one as once it sets it doesn't move. Lives up to all its claims.Smudges!
