I have had really dry, red and eczema prone skin my whole life. My skin is really picky with the types of products I can use. The majority of makeup removers create a burning sensation on my skin and dry it out. This is my all time favorite face cleanser it is a lovely soothing cleanser. I have sensitive skin and it is easily irritated. I have not experienced any irritation using this cleanser. This cleanser calms down my skin and my skin always feels clean after cleansing and soft. The redness on my face has reduced since using this cleanser which I am very happy about!

I bought this because I wanted to try a creamy cleanser and I have mild rosacea. I'feel like it dries my skin and does't make it smooth at all. It does not remove any of my makeup and I need to use a cloth to remove it. I won't buy it again.

I have constant redness and have tried everything in Clinique's redness range. Like the other products I was disappointed with this and discontinued use. It doesn't remove eye makeup, doesn't leave my skin feeling comfortable and didn't decrease redness. I do have very tricky skin though and know other people who like this range and have success with it.

I've been using this cleanser now for 12 months as I have redness to my skin and sometimes during the day will break out in redness over the face. Since using this product it has reduced my redness so much and it has helped my skin calm down. It's a creamy and gentle cleanser and I will never change cleanser's now I've found this one.
