A.Hi there, As this cleanser is super calming it would be great for a rosacea prone skin! I'd say in general it is aimed at a normal to dry skin type. If you preferred something that would suit a normal to combination or oily skin type though, which still won't aggravate delicate skin types, I would suggest looking at Alpha-H Triple Action Cleanser which is more of a (non-foaming) gel cleanser, rather than a milk.
