For me personally the smell is too strong. Its a good product and gets my makeup off easily however I prefer a non scented makeup remover.

I did not like this product for removing eye makeup. There are better, more gentle products out there. It was difficult to get enough of the product out on the pad and then too much rubbing for my liking to get a clean and clear finish. Disappointing purchaseDoes its job well

This is lovely, and works really well to melt off eye make up. I haven't purchased this for a while though, as I prefer to use an oil cleanser as my first cleanse, and this emulsifies all make up and spfy on my eyes and face.Lovely
This is a lovely scented make up remover. I put a couple of splashes on some reusable cotton/bamboo pads and hold over each eye for 5 seconds before gliding away. Though I still prefer my cleansing balm to rid my heavy make-up, this is still a lovely make-up remover that can be used across the face - even for sensitive skin. Would recommend!Effective

I got this as a sample and I want more!! After pre-cleansing and cleansing I often STILL have mascara residue under my eyes as I’m cautious about getting it too close to my eyes. This was so nice and with a light swipe across my eye area removed that stubborn leftover black panda eye.

My mum bought this for me as a gift and I love it to remove my makeup as a pre-cleanse. I find it is a little tricky to get all of my mascara off, but it works really well taking off all the foundation and grime from the day. I have tried other products from the Aesop range and they have worked well for my skin. A gentle yet effective eye makeup remover. Not a huge fan of the slightly oily residue after using but still happy with this product. Be sure to use a presoaked cotton pad to ensure the product works.Gentle
Firstly I disagree with the other reviews of using without water. I didn't read the instructions and used it alone on a cotton pad.. I had to keep applying product as it was not working and I always still had makeup left on my eyes. I now use on a soaked cotton pad and it works fantastically.

I love this product! It's so gentle on and around my eyes. I use my fingertips to rub it on and wipe away with a cotton pad or toilet paper before I jump in the shower. I've tried so many eye make up removers that would take off half my lashes with them but this is stuff is amazing!Really Good at Removing Makeup - Quite Oily
This product is amazingly good at removing makeup (and a lot of makeup at that). Though it is to be noted it is not used in conjunction with water - just pop some on a cotton ball and wipe away!
I do find it very oily all the same, often leaves oily droplets/sticks my eyelashes together, which can be a little bit bothersome.
Still, a good product!
