Sodii Everyday Hydration Salts, available as single-use sachets (sold in packs of 30), a sample pack containing eight sachets and a tub with 30 servings, quickly became part of my daily routine for Pilates and afternoon hydration. I cover flavour notes, how to dose the sachets, packaging choices and the effect of added sodium, magnesium and potassium.

Hydration salts were something I only ever took when I was feeling unwell or especially dehydrated — or something I assumed were just for athletes.
However, our resident wellness expert at Adore Beauty HQ, Steph, recommended I try Sodii for a daily boost and to benefit from the added sodium, magnesium, and potassium.

What is Sodii?
Sodii is here to shake up everything you thought you knew about salt. Born from the bold belief that hydration isn’t just about drinking more water, Sodii shines a spotlight on the vital role of sodium and electrolytes in everyday wellbeing.
With most Aussies unknowingly dehydrated, this brand is on a mission to rewrite the narrative around salt – turning it from misunderstood to essential.
Backed by science and a no-nonsense approach, Sodii is cutting through the clutter of sugary sports drinks and artificial fillers to deliver clean, effective hydration that actually does your body good.
Sodii Hydration Salts Review
I started with the single-serve Sodii electrolytes sachets and chose the sample pack so I could try all the flavours.
It was easy to add the Sodii Everyday Hydration Salts Sachets to my water bottle, and I could adjust the amount of water depending on how strong I wanted the flavour to be.
Salty Kiwi is my personal favourite, with
Salty Raspberry coming in a close second.
On my first sip, it tasted very salty, so I adjusted the water ratio to suit my taste.
Now, though, I hardly notice it, and I think I’d struggle to go back to the overly sweet hydration alternatives.
