The Scent Room Returns
All full size fragrances that are returned must be unopened and in their original packaging. This includes all cellophane wrapping & seals.
Faulty Item
If your brand new fragrance is faulty in some way, please fill out our returns form with a detailed description of the problem. A photo would be great as well, and would help us move forward in remedying your issue.
Return Due To Allergy
If your new scent leaves you with an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and take a photo of the reaction. You can provide the photo and all other information regarding your reaction to our customer service team here.
Incorrect Item Received/Item Arrived Damaged
If you have received an item that isn't the fragrance you ordered, or your fragrance arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

Can I request a sample online?
Unfortunately, we are not currently available to provide samples outside of full-sized fragrance purchases.
Are Scent Room fragrance returns free of charge?
Any unopened full-size fragrances can be returned within 130 days of purchase free of charge. Please complete your return via our Refundid platform here and send us back the full-sized, unopened fragrance. You may keep the sample.
Please note: this policy only applies to fragrance purchases within The Scent Room. Please be aware that not every fragrance available on Adore Beauty is from The Scent Room.

How long do I have to return my unopened Scent Room purchase?
You have 130 days from the date of your Scent Room purchase to complete your return.
Can I keep my sample, or do I need to return it as well?
Your sample is yours to keep, whether or not you keep your fragrance. Feel free to pass it along to someone who might fall in love with it - and let them know where to find it!
I opened my fragrance, but I’ve changed my mind - can I still return it?
Once a full-size fragrance from The Scent Room has been opened, we are unfortunately unable to accept your return. If you send the item to us to be returned, it will be returned to you free of charge. You will be notified of the return to you before it arrives.
I didn’t receive my sample vial!
Please contact our customer service team and we will organise a sample to be sent to you to be sent to you.
Please note that if the fragrance you have purchased is not a full size bottle (30ml or more), your purchase is not eligible for a sample vial.
Additionally, some fragrances are not part of The Scent Room - look for this image (below) on each product page to ensure your purchase is eligible.
