• Bio-fermented Algae - a sustainably sourced microalgae (suitable for vegetarians and vegans) which is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids including DHA. Essential for nervous system support and eye health, as well as overall wellbeing.
  
  
• Evening Primrose Oil - a good source of gamma-linolenic acid, rich in essential fatty acids to hydrate and nourish the skin from the inside out.
  
  
• Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil - includes omega 7 fatty acids and bioactive components and derived from a hard berry.
  
  
• Black Cumin Seed - used in traditional Indian and Middle Eastern medicine thanks to its rich supply of phytochemicals, essential for skin and overall health.
  
  
• Astaxanthin - an intensely rich source of antioxidants derived from freshwater algae.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 tsp (5mL) twice daily with meals or mixed into food.
