Anastasia2 days agoI have heard otherwise, but this mascara is very very wet. Even 3 months into using it, I have to comb the brush to take off excess mascara or it will make my lashes clumpy. It does not lift my top lashes at all, but looks good on my bottom lashes.amazing lift!
