If I could drink this like water I would! Delicious and addictive. The best thing about TBC is how freaking good everything tastes and is for you gut! Gut health has never been so sexy. Make this is gallon form I say. I do find when I have this over the month I'm actually more satisfied because it sorts out cravings because it'd got the sweetness and it addresses hydration which can mask itself as hunger pains so it's good for my waist line ans the 3pm sugar dips as well. I always have mine in the morning. It's a bit too expensive to drink twice a day but boy would I like to.
