2. Can be worn as a primer, by removing excess product before the application of lipstick for smooth and hydrated lips.

The product itself has a minty scent and a cooling sensation with a simultaneous burning sensation due to the plumping ingredients. It doesn't actually plump your lips, but it feels very nice on.
