This is a handy, easy to use ice roller. I like to use it while having my coffee in the morning. It wakes me up and depuffs my face nicely. It's also nice on those really hot days as a quick refresher or for calming down my skin after plucking my eyebrows/lip. I feel like this cools down too quickly to be worth it. I bought it to support with sensory needs around dermotillomania or obsessive skin picking, and I have honestly found an ice cube in a piece of paper towel more effective for reducing inflammation. I also do not find it easy to make it a daily part of my routine as my freezer is nowhere near my other skincare supplies.Good
