Great Styling ProductThis spray is perfect for putting in your hair whilst damp and then letting it dry - much like at the beach. You can use varying amounts dependent on how textured you want your hair to be. I have naturally wavey hair and find this product helps to keep my curls in tact.
My Go-ToHave bought & used this spray for years - helps my hair stay up for most of the day!
Smells greatGreat beach texture, smells amazing and easy to use. Reactivated the next day by running wet hands through my hair!
This + Wave Clip = MagicThis stuff smells amazing - like coconuts! Yum. It makes it fun to use in the morning. I half-heartedly blow dry my hair and then spray this in and scrunch it through. The result is lightly toussled locks which look like I haven't tried but just have naturally awesome hair.
Strong smell but nice textureI have fine, straight, short-medium hair. Does provide some light texture but the smell is very overpowering. I feel like you need to use a lot to gain the texture
Great stylingI love this rather than using other sticky, heavy styling products. Just a few easy sprays go a long way & really helps me style my fine hair without weighing it down, holding too firm or feeling sticky / looking greasy. Nice shine & fresh scent. I combine with KM shimmer shine, highly recommended
Light weight salt spray - smells greatThis spray is perfect for putting in your hair whilst damp and then letting it dry - much like at the beach. You can use varying amounts dependent on how textured you want your hair to be. I have naturally wavey hair and find this product helps to keep my curls in tact.
Love this for textured hairMy first Kevin Murphy product and I love it. Purpose is to provide texture to hair - I find it didn't work well when I had longer hair as it was likely too heavy to hold the texture. I sprayed in damp hair and braided overnight, then brushed out the next morning and got some nice subtle waves. With shorter hair it gave a small amount of texture sprayed in semi damp hair. Smells divine
One of my faves! This is the best texturising spray to use on dry hair that I’ve tried. My hair is fine and lacks body, this stuff smells beyond incredible and gives fine hair a nice amount of ‘grit’ and texture and doesn’t leave your hair feeling limp or full of product. Gives a nice beachy feel to the hair
Not sureThis product doesn't seem to work very well in my hair at the moment as it's short and a bit wavy. Probably work much better in longer hair so I will try it as my hair grows out. I'm sure it's a decent product, but I was a bit disappointed with the scent. Sometimes I can smell the fragrance and other times I just smell alcohol. It would be nice if the scent was a bit more reminiscent of a resort, it's not offensive though.
Really nice productI like it! It smells great and works really well for my hair. Would recommend
Mixed feelingsOkay so it absolutely does work and, after following the KM instructional video on his website, I was able to get the look I wanted even though I have short shoulder length hair. It surprised me how much volume this gave me (which I need!!) and it really does look like beach hair.
My cons are that I don't like the smell - I love coconut but this is unfortunately a very artificial coconut smell that I don't find pleasant. Also, it made my hair feel really dry and crunchy on the ends. I might have used too much though so I would advise only using a minimal amount - as KM does in his video.
Good Sea Salt SprayThis stuff smells amazing, like most of Kevin Murphy's products. Its a great sea salt spray although is quite sticky. However, I like that it's not too matte and gritty. Unfortunately my nozzle clogged really quickly so I gave up on it.
Love it!Does what it says, and smells beautiful. I use before blow-drying and it provides texture and volume - without going frizzy or oily.
Good product!I have very 'flat' hair and am always on the lookout for something to texturise and give volume to my hair. This product works really well and smells nice.
Smells divine but not as amazing as I thoughtI've been a huge Kevin Murphy fan since his Kusco Murphy days and my staple product was his Beach Hair product.
In winter Kusco Murphy Beach Hair is just a little heavy, so I wanted something lighter and thought I'd give this a go.
The smell of both products is pretty much equal, perhaps this one has a slightly more citrus/tangarine scent.
I like that it's quite lightweight and the spray nozzle is powerful yet disperses the Hair.Resort evenly. It worked nicely to give some body to my hair by spraying the ends and scrunching upwards, but no amazing effect. I also tried to follow the video above, however the result was more horribly-untidy-messy than effortless-messy-chic !
Would probably buy again, as I have tried pretty much every sea salt spray on the market (seriously) and they don't compare to the Kevin Murphy Hair.Resort or Kusco Murphy Beach Hair.
Great productMy hair dresser used this on my hair one day and i've been using it ever since! Love this product. I have long and thick hair and this holds my curls perfectly without making my hair feel crunchy and sticky (like most hair sprays).
Love thisI really love this product. It's great that you can use it on wet or dry hair and it works really well with the colour.bug and wave clips.
