Zoom in and at the bottom of the plates there's a little line. That crack catches my hair and rips it out/ causes breakage every single time I use this straightener! So disappointed because it was so expensive. Straightens well when it's not ripping my hair out but it drives me insane. Wish I purchased the gold or original that doesn't have this little crack that catches and rips my out with hair every use.
