To borrow Oprah’s favourite line, “Here’s one thing I know for sure”,  and that one thing in this instance, is that Swiftie fans are DIE. HARD.
Taylor’s now-legendary red lipstick? Swifties did their due diligence and basically became overnight detectives to get the answer.
In fact, as soon as I started typing “What red lipstic…” Google immediately hit me with: 'What red lipstick does Taylor Swift use?'

(In case you’re wondering, it’s M.A.C Cosmetics Ruby Woo.)
Swiftie sleuthing is a different level I tell you. I’ll never again underestimate a Taylor Swift fanbase that’s motivated by the love of a bold red lip.
But the next big mystery we’re all trying to solve (after how to achieve her elite winged eye) is what she uses on her unbelievably gorgeous locks.
You know, the luscious, glossy, full-of-life (and absolutely full of secrets) annoyingly perfect hair that seemed to be the main character of the Eras tour?
If a single hair product, let alone a whole haircare range is touching those strands, you bet we want all the details.
So sit up, Swiftie beauty fans, because we’ve got some beauty tea.
An Adore Beauty-stocked haircare range was recently spotted in Tay Tay’s documentary!
Of course, as your resident beauty sleuths and enthusiasts, we had to know everything.
The haircare range we speak of?
The Christophe Robin Volumising range!

We all know about the iconic Christophe Robin salt scrub (if you still haven’t tried this heavenly product, your scalp and your senses are missing out), but what is the Christophe Robin volumising range? Who is it best for? Why do we need it?
We turned to Monique McMahon, hair colour guru, director of one of Sydney’s top salons, Que Colour and Global Pro Ambassador for Christophe Robin, to take us through the range as well as how to achieve her signature bouncy blow-dry look!

Why Is the Christophe Robin Volumising Range So Good?

Says Monique, "Christophe Robin's Volumizing Range is one of my favourites for all my fine hair girlies. It's unique in how it delivers volume without any weight or residue in the hair.”
Below, Monique takes us through each product in the range.

Christophe Robin Volumising Range

Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumising Paste

I love the rassoul shampoo - the Cleansing Volumizing Paste. This has Moroccan clay in it so it absorbs any excess oil almost acting like a styling product for fine hair, but it's a shampoo. Divine! It's a paste - and it's brown - but it turns to that pure white colour as soon as the water hits it so don't worry, it won't discolour your blonde!

Christophe Robin Volumising Mist with Rose Extracts

The Volumizing Mist with rose extracts is one of my absolute favourites and all my friends who work behind the scenes on editorial shoots will always have this in their kits. It's great for adding that little bit of extra volume with a fine mist on the hair when it's wet. If you need extra volume or you want more of a textural look, you can reapply on dry hair and blow dry it in. Great for really beautiful, cute curtain bangs, or those fringes that are SO happening right now.

Christophe Robin Delicate Volumising Shampoo with Rose Extracts

Christophe Robin's Delicate Volumizing Shampoo can be honestly used for everyone but best for those fine haired girlies. You get a good clean lather which I think fine hair loves and it rinses really well.

Christophe Robin Volumising Conditioner with Rose Extracts

The Delicate Conditioner with rose extracts is super lightweight but super detangling. When it's in the hair, you can get your comb or brush through really simply and easily as it detangles the hair beautifully. Once rinsed, it's so lightweight that you don't even know you had a conditioner on there, but the hair is left incredibly soft, silky and shiny.

Showgirl Styling: How to Style Hair Like Taylor Swift

For our visual girlies, Monique made an excellent video tutorial below or, keep scrolling for the full breakdown:
Getting Taylor Swift-level volume!
Step 1: This style is great for soft layers, medium length, or shorter lengths. It's so easy to recreate at home if you have the right tools and products and if you use them in the right areas.
The first step is to use the Cleansing Volumising Paste in the shower as your shampoo/cleanser, followed by the Delicate Volumising Conditioner for lightweight detangling and smoothing. This duo starts building volume right from the roots before you even start the styling process.
Step 2: Next, mist Christophe Robin’s volumising mist into wet hair at the root area only.
Then use a very lightweight heat-protecting cream like Christophe Robin's Hydrating Leave-In Cream with Aloe Vera through the lengths and ends only. I never start a blow-dry without using one. This shields your hair from your heat styling tools, UV and pollution.
Tip your head upside down to get maximum volume, drying it to around 80% before flipping it back up and using your brush to smooth off the top layers and ends.
Step 3: If your hair needs a little more hydration or smoothness towards the end when the hair is already dry, I’d reapply a small amount of leave-in cream through the lengths and ends only.
If you have an Airwrap tool, you’re going to nail the bouncy blow-dry because it has all the attachments you need – although if you have a hairdryer and a big natural boar bristle round brush, you’ll be able to achieve this blow-dry really beautifully too.
Time and sectioning clips are the other essentials, as it does take a bit of time to get that full bouncy blow-dry finish.
Step 4: When you’re blow-drying your hair, make sure you cool the hair down before you finish the set.
Use the cool shot function on your hairdryer if you have one. This will allow a longer-lasting style memory for the hair. If I’ve got extra time, I’ll use my pin clips to pin certain areas, so I get longer-lasting volume.
Once finished, you definitely need to use a final spritz of the volumising mist to help your volume last.  It may not last all night, but it will definitely last longer than if you didn’t use one!!
