I rub a damp towel onto this balm and gently wipe my face with it. It quickly removes makeup and leaves little to no residue. It even removes makeup such as stila eyeliner, kat von d eyeliner and better than sex waterproof mascara. This usually does not need a second cleanse after but if you have put on a large amount to budge waterproof makeup, then you may need a foaming cleanser afterwards. received a sample and used this as my first cleanse in removing makeup. It’s nice and does work well but I find I am an oil girl and am faithful to my Dermalogica Precleanse. I am an oilier skin type and typically prefer thinner products on my face and I found this was a little thick and left slight residue.Its Ok
Melts super quick on application and a little goes quite far. As far as results go you can get the same from more budget friendly products. Also not a fan of the pot packaging style.Try this!

Does exactly what it says it does, my makeups worst enemy. Takes off heavy make up instantly without having to rub. and scrub. The only downfall is the packaging which can be hard to scoop out at times. Would highly recommend, never used something so good.amazing!

Best wee product for travelling! I found this product was perfect to take away on holiday or if you wanted to trial the cleansing balm. I always use to take off my makeup pre-cleansing and I have found the clinique balm to be one of my favourites for consistency.Works great but breaks me out

I've been using this product for years. It is the most consistent thing in my arsenal and I adore it. It isn't too heavy but still dissolves every last scrap of waterproof makeup and eyelash glue. This is my absolute holy grail. I take the majority of the makeup off with a cleansing wipe, then use this, and it breaks down every little bit of makeup with absolutely no dryness or skin irritation.

Out of all the makeup removers I have tried, this is by far the most effective. I have been using this for over 2 years now and love it's silky oily consistency. I find this the best too for eye makeup. It really does remove all the makeup off your face, unlike other removers which still leave some residue on your face.No fuss remover

I tried this balm cleanser expecting great things but unfortunately found it didn't live up to the hype at all! The formula to me just seems very "basic"- as in I could use plain coconut oil on my face and get similar results. It left a bit of a greasy residue even after rinsing really thoroughly and it didn't remove my eye makeup very well. I won't be trying this one again!Best cleanser
