What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and exclude public holidays. Australia Post Express may deliver on a Saturday during busy periods. 


What if you qualified for the “Delivered by Christmas, or Your Money Back” promotion and your order has not arrived in time?

Adore Beauty guaranteed delivery before Monday 25th December 2023 and offered money back to the value of the order (inclusive of GST + shipping cost) placed via Express or Standard Shipping from Sunday 10th December to Sunday 17th December 2023, for orders that do not arrive before Christmas Day (Monday 25th December 2023).

If your order qualifies based on the above, and the order did not arrive in time for Monday 25th December 2023, please write to Adore Beauty as soon as possible by responding to your order dispatch email, requesting a refund for the “Money Back Guarantee” promotion.

Refunds will be processed, and emails responded to as soon as reasonably possible but by Wednesday 31st January 2024 at the latest. Adore Beauty’s Refund Policy applies and can be found at adorebeauty.com.au/returns 

Whether or not an order is deemed to have been “delivered” or not is based on the attempted first delivery. If the customer is not available to collect the order at the time of delivery nor provides instructions/authorisation on leaving the order at the address unattended, this will still be deemed a successful order and not eligible for the “Money Back Guarantee” refund.

Delivering to a business address? 

Please enter the Company Name. This will help our delivery partners sort your parcel correctly, as they may deliver over the weekend.

Please be sure to check your mail room or reception if your order has been marked delivered and not received, there might also be a safe drop image attached to your tracking, indicating the location of your delivered parcel. If you have checked these areas and have not received your parcel, please contact our Customer Experience team at service@adorebeauty.com.au


Am I eligible for Twilight delivery?

Twilight delivery is $9.95 and only available for select Melbourne postcodes. Orders must be placed before 4pm for Same-Day Delivery.

Check out this page here to see if your postcode is eligible for Twilight delivery. *Twilight orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or business addresses. Your tracking information will be made available to you from 5pm onwards. Delivery will be made between 6pm - 10pm. Please ensure someone is on the premises to accept the parcel. How to track your parcel with Australia Post:

How to track your parcel with Go People (Twilight 6pm - 10pm deliveries):

1. You'll receive an email and text message with your tracking code and the link to your live tracking.

Ways to ensure you don't miss your delivery:

Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, they will deliver it to your LPO. 

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your company name. 

If your parcel is being delivered with our same day delivery service, please ensure you have selected an eligible Melbourne postcode and that someone will be home to sign for the delivery.

 

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?

If one of the items you’ve ordered is out of stock you will be notified by one of our customer experiences representatives via email.  

Your order will be split to send out any other items/gifts/samples.

The out of stock item will either be left on back order until it is restocked, or refunded back via the method of payment.
