Ive done a few research and by far for a marine collagen this beauty chef is the most affordable and id argue gives you the same result as any other brand, especially when adore is running promotion. Im on my second purchase and not stopping anytime soon, hair is growing skim is plump and nail felt stronger

I've tried bovine collagen prior to this and had no issues and have also used The Beauty Chef's glow powder which I love. I really wanted to love taking this however found for me, it always made me super bloated after taking it. I tried to keep going but it just isn't for me as I didn't want that feeling. Probably my body just not loving marine collagen? Not sure..
