I received this as a sample. It's a lot grainy than I imagined. I think this mask is great on skin that needs exfoliation as it's very grainy. However, on my acne skin I did not use the grains as a scrub after the mask dried. I just left it on and washed it off after 10 minutes. I don't think it's effective if you do that though. I tried this first as a mask, and it made little difference to my skin. Then I tried it as a cleanser, but didn't work for me because it isn't for use around the eyes. So, underwhelmed.Great everyday exfoliator
