Don’t think it does much to my skin as my skin hasn’t “improved” BUT it does feel very relaxing especially when applied cold (I store in the fridge)Lovely feeling

Honestly, the choice between rose quartz vs jade was a matter of which colour i liked better (as opposed to the supposed "differences" in the qualities and benefits of the material/mineral). Still, this is apparently better for circulation (rose quartz more for cooling) so i prefer this one better for my needs (cold body, hot face hence acne on face)Great for massage
