Most Helpful Positive

The "je ne sais quo" of haircare.

Liz - Adore Beauty Staff

I'm pretty garbage at haircare, but a little bit of this baby, run through my midlengths and ends is enough to take the boof/frizz factor out of my fine, yet plentiful hair. It gives me a bit of hold and just makes me feel put together. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to use this with heat styling, but I'm too lazy so only ever apply it to dry hair - and it never looks wet/slick, just sinks right on in.

Doesn't do much

Amanda

This smells amazing but doesn't do much by way of styling for my long hair. I wish it was more hydrating!

  2. Beautiful balm for fine hair

    Kristy (Adore Beauty Staff)

I struggle with a lot of styling balms / creams, as i have very fine, thin hair that also has a tendency to be oily. So mist will weigh my hair down and make it feel oily straight after a wash.

However this product is absolutely perfect for me - it is so lightweight and just gives my hair a dose of moisture (without making it greasy) and calms down any fly away hairs. It smells amazing and i only use a tiny amount, so the bottle will last sooo long - so an expensive outlay up front, but value for money with the time it lasts.

  3. Lovely

I was surprised by this styling cream, as the name suggests it really is an ultra-light balm that provides a hint of hold. It’s meant for finer hair types but I loved it on my thicker straight hair. I prefer it over the Oribe Creme for Style which is heavier as with this I don’t have to worry about over applying and weighing my hair down.
  4. Beautiful and Weightless.

    Trish

I received a good sized sample of this and have since bought the full size. I have baby fine hair and not a lot of it and very often find styling products weigh my hair down or make it so soft it is unmanageable. This is beautiful. It is expensive but I need only a few pumps so expect it to last really well. It doesn't leave any residue and helps maintain my soft style without making it floppy.

Definitely recommend for very fine hair.
  5. Great for styling finer hair

    Alison

I received this product as a sample and have been using to blow out my hair and it is fabulous. I have fine hair and find this product does not weight my hair down, or leave a residue. It also smells great!
  6. Really doesn't do much

    Kishlette

I have fine hair and am always looking for products I can use to smooth out frizz and add volume and control. Unfortunately, this product falls short for me. It just doesn't seem to do anything unless you use a lot of it, at which point you will get some hold but it'll start to feel heavy. There are so many better alternatives from brands like Sachajuan, Ouai and R+Co, all of which are more affordable. Would give this one a miss.

  8. very lightweight

    Katherine

i'd love this more if it was a bit heavier/richer. i have dry hair and this is a good as a styling product. it's very lightweight
  9. Great for fine hair

    Alex

If you have fine hair then this styler would work great for you. I personally find it a bit too light, but it is very nice to use to give texture and moisturize lightly.
  10. Like it a lot!

    Vivienne

I use this just on the ends of my hair to smooth out any frizz. Smells beautiful though the scent doesn't stay for long. Lightly moisturizing and doesn't leave my hair feeling weighed down by product
  11. Luxurious styler

    M

Was recommended this by my hairdresser. It smells so so nice, but the price is not very nice. It's a small bottle and is good for styling but I do think there are equally good products in the market
  12. Love!

    Eve

I'm so in love with this weightless styler. It has a light texture that absorbs quickly into the hair and leaves behind the signature Oribe scent. I think of all the products, the scent is strongest in this one. My hair feels smooth, soft and ready for styling!
  13. Only need a little

    Jessica

I use this styling cream before heat styling my hair.
It has the signature Oribe scent, but it smells stronger and lasts longer than the other products. It is a nice fragrance, but it can smell overpowering sometimes.
The cream is very lightweight and spreads over the hair well. I only need to use a little.
However, I have noticed my hair feels greasy very quickly when I use this.
It seems to be protecting my hair from heat damage, my hair doesn't feel worse afterwards.
It is a very expensive product though and I am not sure it is any better than other heat protectants out there.
