Lost all my hair

The first time i decided to use this shampoo i had very high hopes based on raving reviews and recommendations. However, that first time i used this shampoo it matted my ENTIRE hair and the conditioner did not help soften it out so i could brush. i had long, thick hair and now it barely ties back because i was forced to cut it all off. please be careful before purchasing. Would give 0 star rating...

It’s ok, not the best

I don’t find this to be super hydrating. I love the smell and will use this to help sleek back my hair but it’s not my favourite. I find others to be a lot more hydrating.
