Most Helpful Positive

The oily skin friend

Rebecca

I feel like this cleanser is the one you use after a huge day. Skin is oily and tired and just needs some love! Remove makeup then apply this and walk away. Double bonus scares the kods! When it's washed off my skin feels revitalised and ready to accept the rest of my skincare. This tube will last for ages so I never feel guilty about using it.

Excellent deep cleanser - not worth the price

Rosie

There really is no other product similar to this. I got the larger 180mL size during the Deciem Black Friday sale last year for around AUD$18. I am really loving it, but no way in hell would I fork out $75 for that amount. No cleanser is worth that, no matter how nice it makes your skin feel - save your money for products you actually leave on the skin.

I use this twice a week as a nighttime cleanser, but only on days where I haven't worn makeup. It doesn't effectively remove makeup, and when I've tried it as the second cleanse after my oil cleanser, it doesn't even remove all of the oil. I use about a teaspoon's worth and let it dry on like a mask for 5-10 minutes, then remove by thoroughly massaging it off with a wet flannel. OK, the smell: To me it smells overwhelmingly like natural peanut butter. Not bad, just... very weird. The smell only lasts as long as it's on your skin though. It makes my skin feel incredibly soft and clean, like the pores have been completely cleansed out, yet it's not stripping in any way. And I definitely notice that any serums I apply afterwards soak in really quickly without any sticky feeling. I love this stuff and would give it 5 stars except for the ridiculous price.
  1. Gross

    Julia

I bought this product after having read review that it didn't smell great, but I was not prepared. I'm not sensitive to smells generally but this was really gross, and deters me from using the product. I would have overcome this if the product was good but I found it drying and with no positive impact on my skin.

  3. My favourite

    Niezl

This is one of my favourite products. Im 32 and have a combination skin. It doesn’t clog pores and gives a nice refreshing feeling after using it. I massage this on my face until it absorb and leave this on my face for about 2 to 3 mins and works good on me. No scents and a little goes a long way. Will buy again.
  4. I actually like all of the aspects...

    Jade

I do like the odd earthy smell this product has when applying. I find that my skin feels very clean and smooth after use and don't think it should be used more than every second or third day. I always use this after removing my makeup as - thats what its for! Cleansing make-up free *skin*.
  5. Great

This is a cleanser that you'll either love or hate. It is really effective for those of us with combo or oily skins, but may be a little bit full-on for drier skin types. I love how "earthy" and basic it is, and the fact that it removes all the greasiness from your face at the end of the day. However, I tend to use this more in summer than in winter (when my skin is drier and a bit more sensitive)...
