Bought 1 and followed the express treatment, after that i use it once a week. In the initial use, it does burn uncomfortably, however, as you uses it more often, it is bearable. I do notice my skin is much clearer, and I did get friend comment that my blackheads and pores are not so visible. Wow what a mask. It is copper colour clay texture mask. I made an error and accidentally applied a little thicker than it should be. After 10 min, I rinsed off but it does sting and burning feeling but didn’t last long. First time to feel like this after using various masks in life. If you have sensitive skin, I don’t recommend this product.Has not helped

I really enjoy the mask and have seen a benefit to my skin! I bought it to help with congestion and acne.
It will sting a little when you rinse off (as it says on the jar) but this goes away within 30 seconds or when you apply another product.

The tingling/burning sensation is a bit to get used to with this mask but it provides such great results that it makes the discomfort totally worth it. Okay so the instructions indicate that it might sting, and most reviews concur. But seriously - Oh my goodness this was almost unbearable! And it continues once you take it off for a good ten minutes! I have been using this product for a few weeks now. The first week I used it everyday, and now just once or twice a week. This mud mask is excellent. I'm currently doing the accelerated method of this mask by applying it 5 days in a row for quicker results and have found this mask to deep clean my skin without overdrying it like most typical masks. NIOD Flavanone Mud masque has been a life saver. I've used plenty of different type of masques to help with congestion/break outs from cheap ones from the chemist to super expensive masque from other online retailers.
I've been pleasantly surprised with the result I've seen pretty much straight away. My break outs aren't as inflamed and also has removed a lot of redness from scarring.
