Really shrinks pores

Dominique

I use this Murad range a lot, and it works for me. The mask is great in that it targets pimples and breakouts, and overall shrinks my pores. I don't use this too often though, only when I think my skin needs it.

Of all Murad products, the Blemish Control range is probably my least favourite. This could be because of my age or skin type (which isn't as acne-prone as it used to be), but I still use La Roche-Posay's Effaclar range without any issues. I think it is just that I find the ingredients in the Blemish Control range to be just a little too harsh and drying - even for oily skins. This Clarifying Mask is probably the best in the Blemish range, but I still don't understand why Murad (which has excellent formulations for most other products) includes irritating essential oils in a range designed for blemish-prone skin. Acne often involves broken and inflamed skin - so applying a mask which includes camphor and lavender oil doesn't seem like the greatest idea.
