Most Helpful Positive

Great!

S

This is the best antioxidant mask I have ever used. It makes my skin feel so smooth and soft. I love how easy it is to rub off the skin as well without being harsh like other skin masks I have tried in the past.

Lovely, but not my jam

Shannon (Adore Beauty Staff)

I'll start by saying - I tried this because I liked literally everything else I've tried from Mukti thus far, and I was really hoping it would change my mind about clay masks.

I've tried a zillion clay masks, and I'm sorry to say, I think my skin just doesn't like them. I should probably stop trying them, really.

This is a lovely clay mask if you like clay masks that are more on the hydrating, nourishing side. I love that this contains exfoliating enzymes so I feel like you get more of a gentle buff while the mask also draws out oils and dirt you can't quite see. I found it to also give a gentle polish as well, as you remove it.

I really like the way this smells and looks too, it feels like a grown up clay mask - super relaxing!

Having said all this, my skin just doesn't agree with clay masks, even the hydrating ones like this. I've never been wowed by one, and they usually make me break out, which is probably purging (but I still don't want that!! put it back!!!).

If you like clay masks this will likely be great for you!

  2. Nice and gentle

This product is a fantastic gentle and effective deep cleansing exfoliating mask.
My skin type is dull combination. Using this mask helps to draw out impurities without the dry stripped tight feeling, hydrate my complexion and soothe my skin. I really like the effectiveness of this mask as it doesn't draw out and dry like most masks. It is a light green colour when applied and smells amazing. The 2 in 1 is fantastic as it adds antioxidants, balances my skin and hydrates, then after its left on for 15minutes I massage for the exfoliating treatment and rinse. My skin does not look red or feel tight, it looks hydrated refined soothed and fresh.
Although this is an expensive product, it is a 2 in 1 so you are saving to have to purchase a mask and exfoliator separately.
I love the ethics of the Mukti brand. The ingredients are lovely and effective. I went on the Mukti website to see before and after photos of people using this product and it is fantastic. Great to see results and read people's stories of what their skin issue was and how Mukti has helped their skin.
I highly recommend this product, especially for sensitive skin as it is gentle and effective.
  3. You're worth the pampering, go on!

I'm not usually a buyer of 'Clean Beauty' or organic skincare. I tried this masque for the first time and found it incredibly luxurious and gratifying. It has a lovely thick base with Jojoba granules which I applied with a silicone spatula. You don't need a lot as the formula is rich. Note: I have acne prone skin with congestion and this masque was so gentle and calming whilst also giving my skin a thorough topical detox. It brought some of the dormant congestion to the surface, which may not be ideal short-term but it is long-term as I'm now able to treat it with active skincare. A win in my books!

  5. Amazing

Such a deep clean but is hydrating and fun to use. Lasts for ages. Bought mine at a discount. It really calms acne and dry skin. I’d buy it again but it is so expensive. I was fortunate to buy it with a $30 store credit in the past. Not sure if it’s worth $80 but I also don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
