I absolutely adore these pigments, I use them as an eyeshadow, on my lips with a balm, I've used them as a highlight. Wonderful product, great pay off, incredibly pigmented and a massive range of colours.
Favourite Mac brush or any brush for that matter. It feathers out and blends shadow beautifully, works wonders in the crease and I have also used it as a concealer brush for lightly blending under the eyes and blemishes. Versatile and a must have
My all time favourite, they wear all day long and have the most gorgeous shades, I love this formula so much, it has an amazing finish that adds a luminous look to the eyes, they definitely apply the best just using your finger and working the product in then blending into the crease with a brush.
This is an absolute must have for me, I put it on before my make up to prep, during application and to set with. It's so versatile, when I want to make an eye shadow pop a bit more I'll spritz my brush with a bit of fix+ and it just gives me that much more from the product! I absolutely love it.
A little goes a long way with this product! It has amazing coverage, my go to is usually face and body or mac mineralise fluid but I like to change it up with the studio fix especially to wear out at night or during the day if I want a lighter wear with this heavier foundation I'll mix it with some strobe cream.
I'm normal - combination skin type but in winter my nose can get a bit dry and ...
I usually tend to use this powder through my T section to take away some of the shine and it really helps to stay my make up for a longer wear, especially under the eyes, my make up can tend to bleed a bit under the eyes and dusting a touch of this helps prevent that.
Ruby Woo is one of my all-time favourite reds and it stays put even when i'm eating but i do have to touch up after. It can be very, very dry on the lips though and I need to use a lip primer or a lip balm over the top.
I always get compliments when i wear this product in Soft & Gentle, even my girlfriends who own the same one always ask me what I am wearing when i have it on, i also use it as an eyeshadow to give a beautiful almost wet look to my lids.
A little goes a really long way with this one, full coverage and doesn't budge when it sets, I usually put this concealer on first and then go over with a little face and body by mac which is very light weight to sheer out the coverage of the concealer when i need too or if I'm wearing during the day. If there's ever a blemish i need extra help concealing, this is what i reach for.
A great base for eyeshadow, I am a light-medium with a pink undertone and wear C2 face and body NC25 in most other mac foundations. I am quite fair on top on my eyes and have prominent blue veins that are visible on my eye lids, Painterly really helps to neutralise that and give me a blank canvas to start on.
I jumped on the primer bandwagon with this one, it's a nice product with a velvet feel and smells nice but if I had known strobe cream by MAC existed when I was purchasing this I probably wouldn't have. It's a nice product but I don't see myself purchasing it again over Strobe cream
