I have fine long hair and this shampoo is a lifesaver! it cleans gently but effectively and leaves my hair very bouncy, shiny and lightweight but silky and smooth! Smells great too! I have quite fine hair that was recently coloured. I bought this to protect my colour but it ended up doing so much more. It makes my fine straight hair so so soft and silky. Little is enough, don’t go overboard (true for any shampoo) coz it will end up drying your hair. Just a little will lather up so well and wash off all the dirt and oil off your hair. Recently bought this for my mother after trying others in the Loreal Serie expert range for myself. She is 55, has fine dyed blonde hair, and swims regularly. I like this shampoo it does the job. Keeps my colour well. And extends time in between colours. Like every other shampoo. You need to double shampoo as first lather isn't as foamy. By the second hair will feel super clean.
